Live Music & Venue FAQs

How does having on-site medics help my music venue license?

By treating minor injuries and dehydration on-site, we significantly reduce the number of 999 calls made from your venue. This demonstrates a proactive approach to public safety to local authorities and licensing boards.

Can your team work in dark or high-noise environments?

Yes. Our clinicians are experienced in arena and nightclub environments, using specialist equipment and clear communication protocols to manage patients safely in crowded spaces.

Do you offer “Safe Space” or welfare support?

We can provide dedicated welfare areas alongside our clinical posts to support vulnerable attendees who may be overwhelmed or dehydrated.

Festival & Carnival FAQs

What is a “Medical Village” at a festival?

A Medical Village is a scalable on-site field hospital. It includes a multidisciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses, and Paramedics, along with treatment bays and observation areas.

How do you manage medical emergencies in large festival crowds?

We deploy Cycle Response Units (CRU). These “medics on bikes” can weave through dense crowds and navigate parklands much faster than a standard vehicle to provide immediate “point of contact” care.

Are you compliant with the Purple Guide?

Yes. All our festival medical plans are written in strict accordance with The Purple Guide to ensure your event meets national safety and welfare standards.

TV & Film Production FAQs

Do you provide unit medics for long-term film shoots?

Yes. We can provide consistent unit medics to support your cast and crew throughout the duration of a production, managing everything from minor ailments to on-set emergencies.

Can you provide medical standby for high-risk stunts?

Our Paramedic-led teams are available for high-risk filming days, providing immediate advanced life support (ALS) and trauma capabilities for stunts and action sequences.

Are your teams discreet on set?

We understand set etiquette. Our staff are professional, low-profile, and stay out of the eyeline of the cast and crew until medical assistance is required.

Sporting Event FAQs

Do you provide Ringside Doctors for boxing or MMA?

Yes. We provide GMC-registered Doctors and Paramedics who specialise in combat sports, including mandatory pre- and post-bout neurological medicals.

How do you support marathons and long-distance races?

We provide course-wide cover using cycle responders and static treatment stations at the finish line to manage exercise-induced collapse and dehydration.

What happens if an athlete needs to go to the hospital?

As a CQC-registered provider, our frontline ambulances can transport patients directly to the nearest A&E, providing a seamless clinical handover to hospital staff.
