Exceptional service. Adam and Alan transported my dad who has dementia across the country, from care home to care home. They treated him with all the care, patience and dignity, anybody would want for a loved one. Adam was professional, efficient and put my mind at ease from the initial phone call. Can’t thank Adam enough for coming to the rescue today, to get our loved one to a hospital appointment after being let down by the care home. Had the pleasure of meeting Sam and Adam in December when they transferred my Grandad to a nursing home.
We had struggled to get support for the day we needed it, and following a quick call It was all promptly arranged and booked in.
They arrived dot on time and were so lovely. Flawless service. .

Osprey EMS supported this year’s Wirral Egg Run and honestly set the standard for how event medical cover should be done. They gave their time for free to support the charity, but still delivered a level of service you’d expect from a top-tier provider.
They weren’t just there to tick a box — they were present, switched on, and clearly very experienced. You could tell straight away that the team knew exactly what they were doing: calm, professional, and ready to act if anything had gone wrong.
What really stood out was how easy they were to work with. We issued radios, ran through the plan in the morning, and that was it — they just got it. No hand-holding, no repeated explanations, they slotted straight into the operation and got on with it. That kind of reliability makes a huge difference when you’re running an event.
They also struck the right balance on the day — approachable and part of the event, but always maintaining that professional edge.
If you’re organising something and need medical cover you can genuinely rely on, Osprey EMS are a solid choice. Capable, straightforward, and easy to work with — exactly what you want.
